About: I was hired as a Web Mapping Consultant for a contract with John Snow, Inc. (JSI) to develop a map microsite for the USAID DELIVER PROJECT. The map aggregates the average monthly consumption of contraceptives, by type and recipient country, distributed by JSI through the DELIVER PROJECT. The goal was to monitor the stock status of each contraceptive and observe trends in use, ultimately to inform public health decision-making and reduce resource stockouts.
The map is not available to the public, however detailed technical process documentation is available here and screenshots are included below.
